CHEF TO PLATE 2012 - STARTS MAY 1st!
An initiative of the Gluten Intolerance Group of NA®, Chef to Plate is a grass-roots campaign to help spread awareness of celiac disease and gluten intolerance. For the month of May, restaurants that already have a gluten-free menu and a solid working understanding of serving the gluten-free community have been invited to help spread awareness of gluten-sensitive diseases to people in their community.
